“I had an incredible day trip to Kormani Lake and the Shala River as a solo traveler. “As shown in the pictures, the view of mountains, waterfall was breathtaking. Henry, our tour guide was simply cooperative and answered all of our questions. He bought for all of us watermelon just because I mentioned about my craving having watermelon since 3 days. It’s a little bit exhausting for a day tour as involved 20 -30 (for waterfall) min and 50-1.15 min (for blue eye) trecks. All together the tour time is approx 14 hours and not 10 hours if advertised.”

“This was a great hiking tour - the main hike was truly incredible with amazing views and it was great learning more about Albania. The guest houses were comfortable and food delicious and generous portions. The tour ran very smoothly, we had an injury in our group and the guide went above and beyond to make sure they got back safely. Daniel, our guide, was a very interesting and knowledgable man and truly made the tour unique. I would recommend moderate fitness for the tour as main hike is tough, but well worth it, and you are required to carry your bags (so pack light!)”

“The trip with Ervin was great! We had a very nice time. Some communications issues, due to intermediate English, but that was totally fine. For others I would say that the food in the guesthouses is traditional, so you will eat the same everyday (not very vegetarian friendly). Also it was not timed super well for lunch in some parts of the trip, so I would recommend to bring some snacks that you can eat throughout the trip. I would say you need to be an intermediate/experienced hiker for the trip. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend Ervin as a guide!”
